PRACTICAL BOOKKEEPING & ACCOUNTING WORK BASED TRAINING PROGRAMME (WBTP)
Our FREE 3 MONTHS Practical Bookkeeping and Charity Accounting Work Based Training Programme (WBTP) days from February to April 2012 are now fully booked. The next Programme will be starting in Sept 2012 and full details will be advertised in Aug 2012.
These sessions are tailored towards the needs of students who are currently studying Bookkeeping or Accounting courses; those who have studied Bookkeeping and Accounting in the past; and those interested in working as Bookkeepers, both in the profit and non-profit sectors of the economy.
During these training sessions, you will work with our experienced Training Manager using our company live financial records/documents to learn how to prepare company accounts from Source documents to Balance Sheet stage in the work place.
This Work Based Computerised Bookkeeping & Charity Accounting Training involve using both Sage and QuickBooks software and company real invoices. The cost for both the Sage and QuickBooks software you will be using is £400.
The training covers Sales Ledger (Accounts Receivable), Purchase Ledger (Accounts Payable), Payments, Receipts, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Adjustments (Accruals, Prepayments, Salary, Depreciation), VAT Returns, Trial Balance, P&L Accounts, Balance Sheet and Introduction to Charity Accounting.
You will receive a copy of the software installed on your laptop for continuous use after the programme. For Sage, it will be your own copy of the Sage Instant Accounts 2012 version and for QuickBooks, it will be the 60 days Training version of QuickBooks Pro 2008 or 2010.
