PPSL: a charity’s BOOKKEEPER
Founded by Grace Ayanfalu in 2008, Prim and Proper Services Ltd (PPSL) is a London-based bookkeeping and accounting specialist for charity and not-for-profit organisations.

MEET GRACE
Grace Ayanfalu is the Director of PPSL, having founded the business in 2008. She is a Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (MICB), and has specialised training in bookkeeping for charities and not-for-profit organisations. With over 15 years of experience in delivering professional bookkeeping services across the industry, you can rest assured that your bookkeeping is in good hands when you work with Grace.
WHY CHARITY?
PPSL specialises in bookkeeping and accounting for charity and non-profit organisations because it is the most meaningful to Grace. Having run internships and work based training programmes, her true passion comes from giving back to those who do good for the community and society.
In addition, charity bookkeeping is a specialised field that goes beyond the scope of regular accountancy. Charities require extra love, care and attention to ensure they comply with specific regulations.
Given Grace’s passion for charity, she is dedicated to ensure all bookkeeping is done to the highest standards (in a prim and proper manner, hence the name!), making her the perfect fit for charity accounting.

Testimonials
We are the trusted bookkeeper for many charities around the UK. Have a look at some of the reviews from our great non-profit clients.
Our charity has relied on Prim & Proper Services Ltd for many years, both for general bookkeeping and preparing our annual accounts. Their knowledge of the charitable sector, particularly as it relates to small organisations like ours, has proved invaluable and we are happy to recommend their services.
