That’s why we do not offer a fixed fee, and instead we provide a bespoke quote for each enquiry. This ensures we tailor our service to the intricate needs of your not-for-profit organisation.

As charity specialists, we understand that many non-profit organisations have a small budget. That’s why we have special ways of working, to ensure PPSL is truly a charity’s best friend.
We are flexible
We understand that you may not need a bookkeeper for 365 days of the year. Therefore, we are happy to work on a freelance model, whereby you seek our services every quarter or half of the year. We will not lock you into an expensive year-long contract; just speak to us when you’re ready for your next round of bookkeeping, and we’ll work out a bespoke quote for you.
We are affordable
We charge you based on the number of transactions per bank statement, to ensure you do not overpay for the service you require. Starting from only £120 per month, let us take care of the paperwork and accounting for you, without breaking the bank.
We are fair
Charity is a cause that is close to our hearts. We know the challenges that many charities and non-profit organisations face when it comes to budgets constraints, so we will not overcharge you. We do not operate on one fixed rate for all; instead, we tailor each quote bespoke to you and your organisation’s needs at that specific time. We are here to help your charity thrive.
